My name is Tami Wise and I specialize in helping prospective buyers prepare to purchase and or rent real estate regardless of credit and then keeping the real estate in the family after they expire.  I walk them through the process from beginning to end.  Education uses the concept “no child left behind”.  I like to use the concept “no prospective homeowner or tenant left behind”.  Where there is a will there is a way.  Although I'm a licensed realtor in the state of Maryland, my concentration areas are Prince Georges, Charles, Anne Arundel, Wicomico, Worcester and Somerset Counties.

I have 6 years experience in the real estate industry and 14 years experience in the mortgage industry.  As a former Mortgage Broker and Owner I have a special ability to give my clients the guidance they need to become homeowners.  Those that I've assisted with rentals, I'm able to coach them through the process of making the necessary credit repairs and improvements as well as other meet other “mortgage qualifying” requirements.  Also, as a licensed insurance agent, I like to educate my clients on how to keep their homes within the family after they expire from this earth so that the mortgage left behind for their children won't become a burden and the children are then unfortunately forced to sell their beloved “home-place”.

I was born, raised and educated on the eastern shore of Maryland. I'm a single mother of a lovely daughter.  My mom is a retired Vice-Principal from Somerset County School System and my dad, now deceased, was a business-owner for 25 years then worked with the U.S. Postal Service. We enjoy sporting events, plays, traveling and comic relief. We also have a wonderful church family at Reid Temple AME in Glenn Dale, Prince Georges County, MD.
